Joyce captured this Sebago catamaran with a load of passengers that were slowly cruising past Mallory Square as part of their nightly sunset cruise ritual. Several other sunset cruise boats can be seen in the distance. I think that is the sailing schooner Appledore under full sail in the distance. The America 2 is one of the premier sunset cruise boats operating out of Key West Bight Marina. If you are interested in a sunset cruise just walk along Harbor Walk around Key West Bight Marina and select the boat you want to go on. There are 4 or 5 sailing schooners (Appledore, Adirondack, Western Union and Jolly Rover --- plus several large catamarans like the Fury Fleets and Sebago catamarans. Then there are venues like the Party Cat which is a really nice platform to enjoy a Key West sunset. The Fury Fleet has several boats operating out of the marina at the foot of Duval Street near Sunset Pier.

This Conch Fritter stand has been a standard bearer on Mallory Square for the nightly sunset celebration for as long as I can remember.
