Fury sunset cruise Key West

On the left side of this picture you see one of the Fury sunset cruise catamarans with the single sail. In the distance directly behind the Fury sail boat is a large cruise ship that has just departed from their mooring spot at Mallory Square.

That is a charter fishing boat returning to their dock at Key West Bight Marina on the far right.

The island on the left in this picture is Sunset Key while the island on the right is Wisteria Island.

I think Joyce captured an interesting scene here as one of the Fury sunset cruise boats pass by Sunset Pier one evening. Joyce captured the Fury sail between two of the brightly colored umbrellas.

This is an unusual perspective for us because we are generally seated on the first row and not having to view the boat parade through these umbrellas. We arrived at Sunset Pier later today so we did not get our favorite seat. However, we did get close to the stage where Robert and Fritz were performing their medley of 50's and 60's hits.

Joyce really outdid herself on this picture. That is the Jolly II Rover passing directly in front of the setting sun while two of the Fury sunset cruise catamarans are directly to the right of the setting sun.

The Fury catamarans are identified by the dark stripes on their sails.

Virtually all of the sunset cruise boats operate out of Key West Bight Marina.

This awesome Key West Sunset includes from left the sailing schooner Appledore, one of the Fury Catamarans with the dark stripes in the single sail, then the schooner Jolly II Rover with the red sails and finally another Fury Catamaran with the dark stripes in the single white sail. All of these boats operate out of Key West Bight Marina. When visiting Key West you will want to locate Key West Bight Marina then stroll around Harbor Walk and see what is available. One of the most popular things to do when visiting Key West is a sunset cruise. Each boat offers something a bit different, from things like live music, to DJ provided music, to a dinner cruise, free drinks you name it. Each boat is offering something a bit different that is why I suggested strolling along Harbor Walk at Key West Bight Marina and talking with each of the boats to see which one best fits the sunset cruise you are looking for.

Joyce captured this picture of a famous Key West Sunset from our table at Sunset Pier.

That is the schooner Jolly II Rover with the red sails on the right. There are two Fury catamarans in this picture, they are identified by the single white sails with dark stripes. And finally the single white sail is on one of the Sebago sunset cruise boats.

Joyce took this picture one evening when we were enjoying a sunset cruise aboard the Party Cat. Another sunset cruise boat operated by the Fury fleet passed between us and Sunset Key.

Joyce took this picture of a Fury catamaran as it passed by the Party Cat that we were on.

This was such a wonderful evening to be out on the water enjoying a sunset cruise. We chose the Party Cat because they were offering a good discount to military and retired military.

It really does not matter which boat you choose you need to walk the docks at Key West Bight Marina and see which one fits your preferences.

If you are military or retired you may want to visit the MWR office at Sigsby and take advantage of some of the discounts.
