Episcopal Chapel of the Transfiguration located near Menor's Ferry in Grand Teton National Park
The Chapel of the Transfiguration dates to 1925. The Chapel of the Transfiguration is a small log chapel in Grand Teton National Park, in the community of Moose near Menor's Ferry. The chapel was constructed to frame a view of the Cathedral Group of peaks in a large window behind the altar.

By mid-July buffalo were grazing all around Gros Ventre Campground where we were staying. In past years we watched buffalo wander around the campground. We did not see any in Gros Ventre Campground this year although a moose did visit one morning and actually lay down behind our motorhome. Triangle X Dude Ranch in Grand Teton National Park
Triangle X Dude Ranch is located in Grand Teton National Park. We have never visited this ranch. The sign says they offer wilderness pack trips and float trips.

There is no telling what you can see when you stop in the Oxbow Bend Turnout in Grand Teton National Park. We have seen white pelicans, Canada geese, moose, beaver, otters, bald eagle, elk and otters.

This herd of elk could be seen on a regular basis grazing in Willow Flats about two miles south of Jackson Lake Lodge in Grand Teton National Park.
