The Tortuga IV is in Conch Harbor Marina along Harbor Walk and behind Dantes in Key West Bight. Look for it near the Ferry Terminal

Deckhands are cleaning the catch for customers. As they remove the filets they flip the heads and backbones over to the waiting pelicans and tarpon that are waiting under the pelicans.

Click here to see some of the tarpon waiting below these pelicans.

We have some pictures of the large tarpon that are under these brown pelicans behind the Tortuga IV in Key West Bight Marina:

Constructed of mahogany and yellow pine, the Schooner Western Union is a marvelous example of a traditional American coasting schooner.

For 35 years, the schooner Western Union operated as a cable laying vessel for the Western Union Telegraph Company, repairing and maintaining undersea telegraph cable throughout Key West, Cuba and the Caribbean.

After retiring from the Western Union cable laying job, the schooner started a new career as a charter boat.

Yacht "Lucky Dog" in Key West Bight Marina for a few days

The Luxury Yacht "Lucky Dog" is 95-feet long with a 26-foot beam with a draft of 6-feet.

The Lucky Dog is a charter yacht and I bet "Lucky Dogs" name speaks volumes of your experience onboard.

This custom built 95-foot luxury yacht specializes in Bahamian out island adventures. While anchored along miles of inhabited beaches, dive in to the azure ocean, soak in the foredeck Jacuzzi, or relax on one of the comfortable sun pads.

Yacht Sea Loafer in Key West Bight Marina Key West

Sea Loafer III is a 112' Westport Raised Pilot House Motor Yacht
that was built in 2000 and you can probably take it home with you for around $ 4,500,000 with a little dickering.

The Sea Loafer III is powered by DDEC 16V-2000s, and cruises comfortably at 20 kts. with a 26 kt. top end speed. Additional options include Naiad stabilizers, bow thruster, twin Sea Recovery 1800 gpd watermakers, along with a Sea Doo waverunner and 18' Novurania tender.

The dinghy moored along side would better fit my pocketbook. VBG

The luxury yacht MY GIRL is a REAL motor yacht. The MY GIRL is 163-feet long with a crew of 12.

Superyacht MY GIRL is a majestic yacht that is able to sleep a total of 12 guests on board.

Each of the twin engines produce 5,650 HP and the generator produces 5,440 KW.

Crewmembers say MY GIRL cruises at 20 knots with a range of 5,200-miles.

I read somewhere that the MY GIRL was in town to house some sail boat racers in town for a race. I have no idea if that is true or not.
