Grand Lagoon from St Andrews State Park

We are camping at St Andrews State Park on Panama City Beach. We always enjoying staying at the campground in St Andrews State Park where we love taking walks along Grand Lagoon and the Gulf of Mexico. Here is a link to some of our information about the campground at St Andrews State Park.
When we can not find a state park to stay in like St Andrews we look for 1/2 price PPA Campgrounds.

This is the view, across Grand Lagoon, out the front window of our motorhome. St Andrews State Park and Grand Lagoon is one of those magical places.
Grand Lagoon from St Andrews State Park
This is an old pine stump that has been claimed by changing conditions. Across Grand Lagoon is part of the Bay Point Resort complex. You can Google Bay Point, it is one of those upscale resorts complete with marina and golf.

From the shoreline in front of our motorhome looking west up the throat of Grand Lagoon toward Captain Anderson's and Treasure Island Marina. If you are interested in restaurants, sightseeing boats, charter boats, fishing boats, dinner boats etc., Google Captain Anderson's and Treasure Island Marina.

Adjacent to the campground in St Andrews State Park is a popular boat ramp. There is a fish cleaning table at the boat ramp. Pelicans gather at the cleaning table hoping for a few table scraps. That is where I took this picture.

Another view out the front window of our motorhome. Actually we weren't in the motorhome when Joyce took this one but we could have been. I think that building is part of the Bay Point Resort complex. If not actually part of Bay Point it is very close and probably offers similar amenities.

This boat with a group of fishermen was returning up Grand Lagoon to the marina at Treasure Island. I wonder if they caught anything?
