This is a look at Key West Bight Marina from the entrance as a boat entering the historic old seaport would see things.

Joyce took this picture from the Party Cat one evening when we were on a sunset cruise.

This picture was taken as we were clearing the entrance to Key West Bight Marina and headed into the Gulf of Mexico.

As the Party Cat exited the protected waters of Key West Bight Marina and entered the Gulf of Mexico the U.S. Coast Guard Station is on the northeast side of the channel.

The Trumbo Point Campground where we spend the winter in our motorhome is to the right of that clump of trees you see.

The Key West Turtle Museum is located in Key West Bight Marina just off Harbor Walk and the Turtle Kraal Restaurant.

At one time there was a large "turtle" fishery that operated out of that building. It was something like a fish market except this was a turtle market.

Of course sea turtles are now protected.
