Granite Hot Springs Pool in the Gros Ventre Wilderness near Hoback Junction, WyomingGranite Hot Springs is a hot spring located , 30 miles southeast of Jackson. It is maintained by the United States Forest Service. Early settlers in the region dug a pool to collect the water. The Civilian Conservation Corps enhanced the pool in 1935, adding a campground, changing room, and deck.[1] There is also a primitive pool located at Granite Falls, about 1/2 mile downstream The campground is located about a mile east of Granite Hot Springs. I would not advise taking a large motorhome down this rough gravel/dirt road.
