Coeur d'Alene from the water

We are staying in Coeur d'Alene at Blackwell Island RV Resort $30 for paved interior roads, FHU including cable and wifi. This is a top notch RV park that even allows you to wash your RV on site. Now that is something you do not see very often.

Things are about to get dicey, that is the Coeur D’Alene Resort in downtown Coeur d'Alene.

The storm cloud had completely enveloped Coeur d'Alene and the the Coeur D’Alene Resort.

As the storm moves from the lake to downtown Coeur d'Alene visibility improves. If you look closely you can see a spot of blue sky in front of the fast moving storm.

The winds were strong enough to tear the roof off one of the cities new fire houses, felled and uprooted numerous trees around town.

By now the storm is a fading memory. This is a picture of the I-90 bridge a few miles east of Coeur d'Alene.

By the time we pass by this marina blue sky can be seen again.

This complex is part of a golf resort east of downtown Coeur d'Alene I think it is part of the the Coeur D’Alene Resort complex.

This is the Osprey, the boat we were on when the storm provided all the excitement.
