B.O.'s Fish Wagon in Key West As far as the locals are concerned B.O.'s is a 5-Star dining establishment. The food is good, it really is. They serve fresh fish caught daily and delivered several times a day. They have a Vietnamese lady who cleans and filets fish all day long every day of the week. That is as fresh as it gets and why the locals eat at B.O.'s Fish Wagon. We met a former employee that told us all about the operation. They get fresh beef from a local butcher each day for their hamburgers. She said the owner was "anal" about quality. The owner may be "anal" about the food quality....... the food is good. The building is something else. It is the essence of Key West ambiance. No air conditioning, no windows, no doors, a tin roof complete with holes in it. Tables that arrived on the Mayflower......well possibly on the Nina or Pinta. Whatever, the furniture was not new in this century.
